What are my shipping options?

We ship all over the world and shipping times and costs vary on location. We currently offer USPS and UPS shipping. If your area is not able to receive either of these shipping companies, please notify us via email at: sales@saintchalice.com and we will gladly provide other options.

Standard Shipping: Orders placed using this service will usually arrive in 5 – 7 business days with a trackable service (excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays). Please allow up to 7 business days to receive.

Express Shipping: Orders placed using this service will usually arrive in 3-4 business days with a trackable service (excludes weekends, public holidays and federal holidays). Please allow up to 3-4 business days to receive.

Please note that in most cases Next Day Saver, Next Day Early AM, Second Day, & Three Day Select options will be processed earlier than normal order but due to high volume on certain items, this may delay by a day or two. Customer will be notified in the event of any delays in order processing.

Will I be charged customs, taxes, and/or import duties?

Saint Chalice cannot control any customs or import duties applied to your package. USA orders are not charged duties but some states do require sales tax for online purchases. You may be required to pay these when you accept shipping of the items from your courier. If you refuse to accept shipping of the items you have purchased, the courier may return the items to Saint Chalice. In the event this happens, Saint Chalice may be required to pay additional charges to the courier in respect of the cost of return including customs and import duties that were payable by you. We will look to recover these costs from you by deducting the relevant amount from any refund owed to you.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

We understand that you might not be at home to sign for your parcel; therefore they can be left in a safe place or left with a neighbor at your request. Please be aware that any instructions left are only requests and are not guaranteed. If this isn’t possible, a calling card will be left which will include details of how to re arrange shipping.

Can I use my PO Box?

Unfortunately at this time we are unable to ship to your PO Box.

What is my order?

You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. If you want to view your order status you may do so in your account on the Orders tab. If you are having any issues, please notify us via email at: sales@saintchalice.com and our Customer Service team will help you track your order.

Please remember that in some places it can take up until 9 PM for your shipping courier to ship your package.

Can I change my order?

We want to make sure you receive the item you bought as soon as possible. You can amend your order before you purchase but you will need to contact us after if you make a mistake with your order. In such case, you can also return the item to us and we will work with you on exchanging, refunding, or modifying your order. Please contact us at: sales@saintchalice.com

Why was my order cancelled?

Our items sell out super quick due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are rare but if it happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm cancellation of your order. If your order has additional items, we will dispatch the rest of the order and refund the out of stock one.

Can I use more than one coupon code on my order?

No, only one coupon code is permitted per order.

Why am I unable to access my account or order from your website?

Sorry you are having an issue with the website. We recommend you make sure you have the latest updates for your browser, phone, or computer. If this doesn’t work, try clearing your cache and if it still isn’t working, please contact us at: sales@saintchalice.com

Is my payment information safe?

Security is very important to us at Saint Chalice and our site contains its own encryption software to ensure critically sensitive information, such as your name, address and your credit/debit card details are always safe. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

How do I return an item?

If you change your mind about any items purchased you can return them to us by notifying us via email: sales@saintchalice.com within 30 days of parcel being delivered to you providing; the items are unworn and unwashed, show no signs of wear, and have the original packaging.

All refunds will be made using the same method of payment you used to purchase the items and will be made by us no later than 30 days when we receive the items back from you.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please email us with your order number and we will be more than happy to help you.

Can I exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange an item, we would recommend returning the unwanted item back to us for a refund and placing a new order.

 

How do I create an account?

You can create an account during the checkout process by clicking the button under your email address titled “CREATE AN ACCOUNT?”.

How do I reset my password?

To reset your password, simply select the Forgotten Password link when logging in and you will be sent an email which will explain how you can change your password.

If you are able to sign into your account, select the “Account Details” heading on the left side and then select the “Change Password” box. Click “Save Changes” and your new password will be saved.

How do I change the details on my account?

You can change your details by logging in and click on “My Account” on the top right corner. Simply click the heading you want to change and click “Save Changes”

Why can’t I sign into my account?
