What is my order?
You will receive an email once your order has been dispatched which will contain tracking information. If you want to view your order status you may do so in your account on the Orders tab. If you are having any issues, please notify us via email at: sales@saintchalice.com and our Customer Service team will help you track your order.
Please remember that in some places it can take up until 9 PM for your shipping courier to ship your package.
Can I change my order?
We want to make sure you receive the item you bought as soon as possible. You can amend your order before you purchase but you will need to contact us after if you make a mistake with your order. In such case, you can also return the item to us and we will work with you on exchanging, refunding, or modifying your order. Please contact us at: sales@saintchalice.com
Why was my order cancelled?
Our items sell out super quick due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. These cases are rare but if it happens, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm cancellation of your order. If your order has additional items, we will dispatch the rest of the order and refund the out of stock one.
Can I use more than one coupon code on my order?
No, only one coupon code is permitted per order.
Why am I unable to access my account or order from your website?
Sorry you are having an issue with the website. We recommend you make sure you have the latest updates for your browser, phone, or computer. If this doesn’t work, try clearing your cache and if it still isn’t working, please contact us at: sales@saintchalice.com
Is my payment information safe?
Security is very important to us at Saint Chalice and our site contains its own encryption software to ensure critically sensitive information, such as your name, address and your credit/debit card details are always safe. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of someone else intercepting it.

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
